Hope of Road(2018)

Hope of Road is a film documenting the establishment of Minning Village in Ningxia. The project captures the development and growth of this rural community in northwest China, chronicling the efforts and challenges involved in building a new settlement. Through intimate observation, the film reveals the determination of residents as they work to create homes, infrastructure, and a functioning village from the ground up. It's a portrait of community resilience and the human drive to establish roots in difficult terrain.
