Valentine's Day is a comedy about a hopeless romantic navigating modern dating culture. Val struggles to find genuine connection in an era of dating apps and hook-up culture, hampered by his awkward personality and poor flirting skills. When he matches with Drew, an edgy actress, he's completely out of his depth. His only option for advice is his roommate John, a self-proclaimed ladies' man who ironically knows nothing about women. As Val attempts to win Drew over, his misguided efforts and John's terrible guidance create a series of comedic mishaps that force Val to confront what he's really looking for in love.
