Moon Men is a hybrid documentary-mockumentary following three Arkansas filmmakers—Adrian, Sumner, and Cody—as they create content over the course of a year. Their work centers on a popular character called "The Mid Man," until the fictional creation unexpectedly escapes into reality and begins causing chaos. Furious at discovering he's merely a one-note joke dreamed up by a group of stoned burnouts, the character's rampage threatens everything the trio has built. Part absurdist comedy, part behind-the-scenes portrait of DIY filmmaking in the South, Moon Men blurs the line between fiction and reality. The first installment in the TML series, it originally premiered on Adrian's YouTube channel, TheMooringLine.
