All About Love is a Filipino drama about childhood friends torn apart by circumstance and self-doubt. Kikay leaves her provincial home and best friend Kiko to study in Manila, only to be mistreated by people she trusted. Wounded and ashamed, she returns to the province, where Kiko's unwavering devotion becomes impossible to ignore. Yet Kikay's damaged self-esteem prevents her from accepting his love—she pushes him away, convinced she doesn't deserve him. As she grapples with her trauma and insecurity, Kikay must decide whether she has the strength to confront her pain and acknowledge the feelings she's buried. The film explores how heartbreak and rejection can blind us to genuine affection, and whether vulnerability and honesty can heal what shame has broken.
