Disturbia is a thriller about Kale, a teenager confined to house arrest for three months after a minor infraction. Bored and restless, he passes the time playing video games, surfing the internet, and watching his neighbors through binoculars—a habit that takes a dark turn when he becomes convinced that the man living across the street is a serial killer. As Kale investigates, he enlists the help of his new neighbor Ashley and his best friend Ronnie. What begins as idle voyeurism spirals into genuine danger when Kale's suspicions may be closer to the truth than anyone realizes. Trapped by the conditions of his confinement, he must find a way to expose the killer without breaking the rules that keep him free.
