The Chestnut Soldier(1991)

The Chestnut Soldier is a fantasy film about a boy named Gwyn who senses an approaching darkness carried on the wind. A broken toy horse harbors the vengeful spirit of an ancient prince, and when that malevolent soul escapes, Gwyn realizes the danger threatens a mysterious soldier claiming to be Nia's distant cousin. Alongside his friends Emlyn and Nia, Gwyn must find a way to recapture the prince's soul and save the soldier from its curse. With aid from the magical Snow Spider, the three friends race against time to contain the evil spirit without destroying the Chestnut Soldier in the process.
