Tiber follows Muk, a 13-year-old albino girl and the sole witness to a classmate's mysterious disappearance. As the only person who knows what happened, Muk becomes entangled in an impossible situation when she develops feelings for the prime suspect in the case. Her testimony could destroy him, yet her growing attachment complicates everything. What begins as a story of an outcast transforms into something far more complex, as Muk discovers that her words and choices now hold the power to determine the fates of those around her.
