Amar Deep(1979)

Amar Deep is a drama about Raja, a man raised by a criminal don who inherits wealth and power after his mentor's death. Determined to leave crime behind, Raja instead becomes corrupted by his newfound status and develops an obsession with Radha, the servant's daughter. When Radha refuses his marriage proposal, choosing the honest Kishan instead, Raja sets out to separate them. He discovers a secret from Kishan's past and uses it to manipulate him into marriage with Radha, binding Kishan through debt and gratitude. Raja then assigns him demanding work that keeps him constantly traveling. As Kishan grows suspicious of Raja's generosity, he begins to uncover the true motives behind his benefactor's kindness—and whether Raja's schemes are driven by jealousy or something far more sinister.
