Ekoua(2020)

Ekoua is a science-fiction film set in 2088, where African nations fall under the control of the Grazers—cybercriminals who manipulate global finance through advanced technology and mysticism. Their leader, the Great Grazer, commands vast wealth and power. When the council of elders appoints Ekoua, a carefree nineteen-year-old girl, as a priest, she receives an urgent mission: to correct a past mistake before it destabilizes the entire order. To succeed, Ekoua must confront the Great Grazer himself. The film blends futuristic intrigue with spiritual elements as this unlikely young priestess challenges an entrenched system of corruption and control.
