Ghouls(2019)

Ghouls is a horror film that follows a group of young people stranded in a remote forest beside a mysterious lake. Based on Belarusian folklore, the story unfolds as night falls and the water's drowned dead rise as monstrous creatures, intent on dragging the living down with them. Trapped in an isolated setting with no escape, the group must confront both the supernatural terror surrounding them and their own survival instincts. The film draws on regional legend to create an atmosphere of mounting dread, blending folkloric horror with the primal fear of being hunted by forces beyond understanding.
