Hybrids(2013)

Hybrids is a science fiction short film that follows an ex-special forces soldier bent on revenge after her daughter is killed in an alien attack. Leading a team into a quarantined zone, she discovers the creatures terrorizing humanity aren't extraterrestrial at all—they're the result of a classified government experiment gone wrong. As she uncovers the truth behind the bio-hybrid soldiers, she races to expose the cover-up and prevent the last surviving city from destruction. The film blends action and conspiracy thriller elements as its protagonist confronts both the monsters and the officials who created them.
