Rick is a modern Christmas retelling of Rigoletto set in Manhattan's corporate world. Rick, a ruthless Image executive, humiliates a woman during a job interview. That same evening, he encounters her again as a waitress serving him and his younger boss, Duke. Rick's cruelty gets her fired, and in desperation, she curses him. The curse triggers a dangerous rift between Rick and Duke, forcing Rick to confront the consequences of his arrogance.
