Undercurrent(2016)

Undercurrent is a psychological thriller that follows Pauls, an advertising executive nursing a broken heart. When his relationship ends, he begins watching Sandra, a woman living across the street, as a way to distract himself from his pain. What starts as idle curiosity spirals into dangerous obsession. As Pauls becomes increasingly fixated on Sandra's life, he witnesses something that will change everything: her murder. Now caught between what he's seen and the moral weight of his voyeurism, Pauls must navigate a dark web of secrets and consequences. The film explores themes of loneliness, surveillance, and the thin line between observer and participant in another person's tragedy.
