Butt-Ugly Martians(2002)

Butt-Ugly Martians is an animated series following three alien invaders ordered by their tyrannical emperor to conquer planets. Dispatched to Earth, the Martians stumble upon comic books, hamburgers, video games, and music videos—and promptly abandon their mission. Enchanted by American pop culture, they decide to fake their occupation rather than actually harm the planet. Local teens Mike, Cedric, and Angela befriend the aliens, showing them around and helping them blend in. The Martians settle into Earth life, hanging out with their new friends and enjoying the freedoms they've discovered. Their greatest challenge: keeping Emperor Bog from learning they've gone native. The series balances absurdist humor with themes of friendship and cultural discovery as the unlikely group navigates school, adventures, and the constant threat of exposure.
