Libertad is a 19th-century drama following a mother and son released from prison after spending the boy's entire childhood behind bars. Desperate for a quiet life, the pair must navigate a dangerous landscape where two rival bandit clans and a corrupt local governor battle for control of lucrative trade routes. Caught between these warring factions, the mother and son struggle to protect their newfound freedom while survival becomes their greatest challenge. The series explores themes of redemption and family bonds tested by violence and greed in a lawless frontier setting.
