Red Light(2019)

Red Light is a Portuguese drama series that follows the true story of women in Bragança who, in 2003, mobilized against Brazilian immigrant sex workers they blamed for disrupting their community. Directed by Marco Leão and André Santos, the series examines the collision between a small town's traditional values and the arrival of outsiders, exploring themes of prejudice, economic anxiety, and social upheaval.
