Best Bet(2007)

Best Bet is a Hong Kong drama centered on Hor Yi, a naturally gifted gambler who has wagered since childhood while his parents turned a blind eye. When he meets Do Lai Ying, a woman who despises gambling because her father squandered their family's fortune, Hor Yi hides his true nature. After Hor Yi falls into a coma, Lai Ying marries him to save his ailing father. Upon waking, she demands a divorce unless he abandons gambling entirely. The tension escalates when Hor Yi's childhood rival Tsang Duk Sing, now a casino owner, re-enters his life with old grievances.
