Lato leśnych ludzi is a Polish series following a city boy who spends summer with Januszko, a forester and old friend of his grandfather. There he discovers a tight-knit community of nature lovers who've named themselves after characters from Maria Rodziewczówna's classic novel Summer of Forest People. As the boy explores the local wilderness under their mentorship, he forms deep friendships and meets Justyna, a girl who becomes central to his adventure. The series captures the magic of rural life and coming-of-age discovery through the eyes of a young outsider learning to appreciate nature and human connection.
