Cooku with Comali(2019)

Cooku with Comali is a Tamil-language cooking competition series that airs on Star Vijay and streams on Disney+ Hotstar. Each week, contestants are paired with comedians—the "comalis"—who have no cooking experience, creating chaos and laughs in the kitchen. The pairs face weekly cooking challenges judged by Chef Damu and Chef Venkatesh Bhat. The show blends culinary competition with comedy, as amateur cooks attempt to guide their comedic partners through recipes. The first season ran from November 2019 to February 2020, followed by seasons in 2020–2021 and 2022. Cooku with Comali has become a popular format that celebrates both cooking skill and comic timing.
