The Upshaws is a comedy series following Bennie Upshaw, a charming but perpetually chaotic mechanic struggling to hold his working-class family together in Indianapolis. Well-intentioned but often misguided, Bennie juggles the demands of fatherhood, marriage, and keeping the lights on at his garage while navigating a tense relationship with his sharp-tongued sister-in-law. Without a roadmap or much natural discipline, he bumbles through life doing his best to be the man his family needs—even when his efforts backfire. The show balances humor with genuine heart as Bennie learns that being a good provider means more than just earning a paycheck.
