OL Zenido is a Japanese series following Ayame Tamaru, an office worker obsessed with accumulating wealth. Living near Zeniaraibenten, a Kamakura shrine believed to multiply money washed in its waters, Ayame has devoted her life to saving ten million yen. Her apartment reflects her singular focus: salt piles for luck, calligraphy declaring "stinginess is a virtue," and ten-thousand-yen bills hidden behind scrolls for extra fortune. Five years earlier, she rejected marriage proposals from Shinichi Kaneshiro because he lacked financial security. When he suddenly reappears in her life, Ayame's carefully constructed world of money-driven solitude faces an unexpected challenge.
