Daishi Morimiya, a high school student training to become a wheelchair track-and-field athlete under former competitor Miyako Fukai, sees his world upended when a handsome alien named Goo crashes to Earth. Fleeing genocide across a binary star system, Goo warns that Earth faces imminent danger. When a giant lizard-like monster pursues Goo and attacks Daishi's home, his life transforms literally and figuratively. Goo's Mode Shifter bathes Daishi in light, granting him a special protective form. Now transformed yet still in his wheelchair, Daishi charges into battle against the monster, merging his athletic determination with newfound superhero powers to protect his world.
