Tokyo Noodle Factory is a Japanese drama series following a udon restaurant struggling to keep its doors open. When the manager goes on maternity leave and a key staff member quits, the remaining team faces mounting pressure. Their new manager, 27-year-old Kotarō Akamatsu, arrives from the parent hotel company with high expectations but little understanding of casual dining.
