A Girl's Guide to 21st Century Sex is a documentary series that aired on Channel 5 in 2006, presented by Dr Catherine Hood. The eight-part programme ran for 45 minutes per episode on Monday nights from October to December, offering frank explorations of modern sexuality and sexual health. Each instalment covered a different sex position alongside a sexually transmitted disease, while the series as a whole tackled diverse topics including erectile dysfunction, the G-spot, tantric sex, sexual violence, sex reassignment surgery, swinging, and various medical and social aspects of contemporary sexual life.
