Hummingbird Attack(2015)

Hummingbird Attack is a Chinese action series following Lu Ya Meng, whose parents are murdered. Consumed by grief and rage, she embarks on a violent killing spree alongside her best friend, determined to avenge their deaths. As the body count rises, Lu Ya Meng begins to question whether her personal vendetta is justified. Her perspective shifts when she meets Luo Shao Qing, a compassionate physician who opens her eyes to a larger cause. Luo Shao Qing recruits her to work as a communist agent, redirecting her lethal skills toward political resistance rather than personal revenge. The series explores themes of justice, redemption, and ideological awakening against a backdrop of political upheaval.
