Modern Young Monha is a Japanese drama series following Ishizawa Hajime, an intimidating sales department chief at a trading company, and Mugita Ayumi, a rookie employee struggling to adapt to the demanding corporate culture. The workplace is marked by long hours, rigid traditions, and a generational divide—younger staff complain about outdated methods while Hajime commands respect through his stern presence.
