Please Find Her(2017)

Please Find Her is a documentary series following Jan, a Dutch man who travels 8,000 kilometers from the Netherlands to Seoul in pursuit of a woman he glimpsed once in the sprawling city of 10 million people. Convinced it was love at first sight, Jan navigates the vibrant Itaewon district, known for its international community and eclectic character. Along the way, he befriends a colorful cast of locals willing to aid his unlikely quest: Kim Jung-Nam, a legendary restaurateur; Man Doo, an eccentric character; and Ha Yeong, a striking stewardess and Man Doo's sister. Together, this unlikely team helps Jan search through Seoul's bustling streets in hopes of reuniting him with a stranger who may have changed his life forever.
