The Wall of the Eye(2022)

The Wall of the Eye is a Japanese drama series set in 1990 that follows Hagizaki Tatsuo, an accounting chief at Ukishima Electric Works. When his company's general manager disappears after orchestrating a 200 million yen fraud, the corporation moves to bury the scandal. Determined to uncover the truth, Hagizaki partners with his friend Muraki, a newspaper reporter, to investigate. As their inquiry deepens, the case grows increasingly complex and sinister. Hagizaki's breakthrough comes when he encounters Uezaki Etsuko, a mysterious woman who may hold the answers to the entire conspiracy.
