Rough Cut is a Welsh-language drama that follows Carbo, a man pulled into a dangerous spiral of crime, deception, and betrayal. As he becomes entangled in a world of wrongdoing and theft, his life unravels through mounting lies and dark secrets. The series explores how ordinary circumstances can lead someone down a criminal path, trapping them in circumstances beyond their control. Adapted from the novel Dal y Mellt (Catch the Lightning), Rough Cut examines the psychological and moral toll of a life lived outside the law, with Carbo at the center of an increasingly complex web of corruption and consequence.
