Magical Hat(1989)

Magical Hat is a 33-episode anime series produced by Studio Pierrot that aired on Fuji Television from October 1989 to July 1990. The show follows Hat, a young hero descended from a legendary warrior who once sealed away Devildom and its evil king. When Hat accidentally falls into Devildom, he discovers he must confront the very darkness his ancestor imprisoned. The series blends action and adventure as Hat navigates a dangerous realm filled with supernatural threats. Magical Hat spawned a Sega Mega Drive game of the same name, which was adapted for Western audiences under the title Decap Attack with redesigned characters.
