Why Didn't I Tell You a Million Times? is a Japanese drama series that follows two childhood friends reunited as adults who believe they're destined for each other. When Naoki dies under mysterious circumstances just as he's about to propose to Yui, his soul becomes trapped between worlds, unable to express his love. Only Yuzuru, a detective with the rare ability to see Naoki's ghost, can perceive him. As Yuzuru investigates the truth behind Naoki's death, Naoki desperately tries to use the detective as a messenger to reach Yui and finally tell her what he couldn't say in life. The series blends romance with mystery as it explores whether love can transcend death and whether Naoki's message will ever reach the person who matters most.
