Chinese Young Master(2005)

Chinese Young Master is a series following Liu Angxing, son of renowned chef Liu Feng, as he pursues his dream of competing in the Empire's Dragon Chef Competition. The culinary world is split between the Bright World and the Dark World, and when the Dark World's leader Kai You seizes control through deception, he begins conquering Bright World territory. Juxialou, where Angxing lives, falls victim to sabotage: the Dark World poisons Fairy Bei and expels her and her son from the restaurant. Determined to reclaim Juxialou, Angxing travels to Nanling to train under master chef Ding You. Admiral Li, leader of the Bright World, recognizes his potential and selects him as a key prospect to represent their faction in the Dragon Chef Competition. Angxing must master his craft while navigating the escalating conflict between the two culinary powers.
