Polytech is a Russian series following Gleb, a high school dropout determined to join a professional esports team. He enrolls at a struggling third-rate college where academics take a backseat, hoping to balance his gaming ambitions with earning a diploma for his parents. Everything shifts when an ambitious IT specialist arrives as the new headmistress, fresh from Moscow and eager to revitalize the institution's reputation. Caught between Gleb's esports dreams and the headmistress's drive to transform the college into a top-ranked school, the two pursue conflicting goals within the same walls. The series explores ambition, education, and the clash between traditional success and modern aspirations, blending comedy with the pressures facing young Russians navigating their futures.
