Tu vida es mi vida is a Spanish drama series following Paula, a businesswoman who abandons her career after learning she has six to eight months to live, determined to spend her remaining time with her three children. When she moves to a small town, she encounters Pepe, a kind man recently separated from his unfaithful wife Malena, who is involved with his own brother Rafa. Despite their initial friction, Paula and Pepe develop an undeniable attraction. Their budding relationship faces mounting obstacles: Paula's terminal illness, buried family secrets, challenges affecting her children, and interference from Malena, who refuses to let Pepe go, as well as Rolando, Paula's persistent suitor, and his partner Natalia, who claims to be Paula's best friend.
