Amura is a Russian action series following twin sisters Anya and Nadia Vdovin, who grew up together in an orphanage before taking separate paths. Anya became a professional MMA fighter while Nadia sought independence in Japan, escaping her sister's protective shadow. Years later, Anya receives a desperate message from Nadia asking for help, then silence. Unable to get answers, Anya travels to Japan to find her sister, only to discover she's been sold into sexual slavery by the Yakuza. What follows is a brutal confrontation as Anya fights to rescue Nadia from the criminal underworld that holds her captive.
