My Name Is Gabriel is a reality series that drops participants into the lives of strangers for 72 hours. Each episode follows a new person who assumes the identity of someone from across the globe—living in their home, working their job, and navigating their community under an assumed name. With no one around them knowing the truth, participants experience daily existence through someone else's eyes: their struggles, routines, relationships, and small victories. The format strips away privilege and comfort, forcing genuine encounters with unfamiliar cultures and circumstances. It's a raw experiment in empathy and perspective, revealing how quickly assumptions crumble when you're forced to inhabit another person's world.
