Mother Earth(2017)

Mother Earth is a Thai drama series that traces the consequences of a single misunderstanding. When Salapee mistakenly believes her sister Gamlai has betrayed her romance with Loy, she severs all family ties. Gamlai is forced to leave home, while Salapee bears a daughter, Pai, whom Loy raises in the countryside—eventually marrying Gamlai in secret. Pai grows up tough and independent, shaped by her isolated upbringing. Years later, Wimarn, a man fleeing his own wedding, meets Pai and falls instantly in love. As their romance develops, the past threatens to resurface. The series explores whether Pai can bridge the chasm between her fractured family, and whether Salapee and Gamlai can ever truly forgive one another.
