Paik's Les Misérables is a South Korean cooking competition series that follows celebrity chef Paik Jong Won as he mentors 20 contestants through a transformative culinary journey. Each participant carries a difficult past—regrets, hardship, or lost hope—and sees this program as their chance to rebuild. Paik assembles a team of accomplished chefs including Kim Min Sung, David Lee, Lim Tae Hoon, and Yoon Nam No to teach cooking fundamentals and restaurant management skills.
