Lil Kev is a comedy series set in 1993 North Philadelphia that follows 12-year-old Kevin Hart as he navigates childhood with boundless imagination and optimism, even as his neighborhood tests him at every turn. His determined mother Nancy works night shifts as an E.R. nurse while fighting to keep him out of trouble, a battle complicated by his mischievous older brother Robert's bad influence, his father Henry's desperate schemes to win Nancy back, and his ex-con uncle Richard Jr.'s dubious guidance.
