Mushiking: The Guardians of the Forest is an animated series following Popo, a young boy whose peaceful life in the forest changes when his father disappears, leaving behind only a mysterious pendant imbued with magical powers. When strange events threaten his mother, Popo sets out on a journey with newly made companions to uncover the secrets hidden in the eastern reaches of the forest. Alongside his allies, he must navigate the dangers of the wilderness and confront the mysteries that have disrupted his family's harmony with the insects who share their home.
