Strip Mall(2000)

Strip Mall is a comedy series following Tammi Tyler, a former child actress with a dark past. After a childhood incident involving a PCP-laced cupcake left her co-star dead, Tammi has reinvented herself as a waitress at the Funky Fox bar in Plaza del Toro. Her life takes an unexpected turn when she impulsively marries Harvey Krudup, owner of Starbrite Cleaners, believing he's wealthy. She quickly discovers his sole asset is a single laundromat location within the same strip mall where she works. What follows is Tammi's desperate attempt to escape the marriage, navigating the absurd complications of her new life alongside the colorful characters inhabiting the plaza.
