Fermentation Family is a Korean drama about two siblings, Lee Kang San and Lee Woo Joo, who unexpectedly inherit management of their family's traditional kimchi restaurant, Heaven, Earth and Man, when their father disappears without explanation. Ki Ho Tae arrives at the restaurant searching for clues about his past, and his arrival sets off a chain of connections among staff, regulars, and newcomers.
