Toad Patrol(2002)

Toad Patrol follows a group of young toads stranded in a forest after they miss the annual migration to Toad Hollow. Cut off from their colony, the toadlets must navigate a perilous wilderness filled with deadly predators—a massive snake and a cunning hawk among them. Along the way, they forge unexpected friendships that help them survive. The series blends adventure and heart as these small creatures discover courage they didn't know they possessed.
