Hwasin – Controller of the Heart(2013)

Hwasin – Controller of the Heart is a South Korean talk show that aired on SBS from February to October 2013. Hosted by comedian Shin Dong-yup, actress Kim Hee-sun, and singer Yoon Jong-shin, the program explored lifestyle differences between generations through viewer surveys. The show underwent significant changes during its run: comedian Kim Gu-ra joined as a new host in May 2013, shifting the format away from surveys to focus on personal stories. Yoon Jong-shin departed due to scheduling and health concerns and was replaced by actor Bong Tae-gyu. Despite these adjustments, Hwasin struggled with ratings and was cancelled after seven months, concluding on October 1, 2013. The program was succeeded by the reality series Beating Heart.
