Slow Boat Home is a Hong Kong series about Cheung Po-seng, an ambitious but talentless man who drives his father's seafood restaurant into ruin. As he spirals, his loyal friend Kate Cheng, a TV producer, stands by him through the crisis. When career woman Heidi Kwok returns to town to manage her mother's holiday home business, she sets her sights on Po-seng, hoping to sabotage his struggling venture.
