Family Affair(1966)

Family Affair is an American sitcom that aired on CBS from 1966 to 1971. The series follows Bill Davis, a wealthy civil engineer and bachelor living in a luxury Manhattan apartment, who suddenly becomes guardian to his brother's three orphaned children: teenage Cissy and six-year-old twins Jody and Buffy. As Bill navigates the unexpected demands of parenthood, his proper English butler, Mr. Giles French, must also adapt to the chaos of caring for the kids. The show balances domestic comedy with genuine warmth as the makeshift family learns to live together. Created by Don Fedderson, who also produced My Three Sons, Family Affair ran for 138 episodes and became a beloved fixture of 1960s television, exploring how love and patience can transform strangers into family.
