Two Worlds(2011)

Two Worlds is a Thai series that follows Maneejan, who discovers an antique mirror capable of transporting her to early twentieth-century Siam. She arrives in the household of Khun Luang Akarathep Warakorn, a government official navigating the country's resistance to Western colonialism. Despite the shock of her sudden appearance, Maneejan wins over the household with her intelligence and charm. As she travels between eras repeatedly, a romance blooms between her and Khun Luang, while she grapples with questions about her mysterious purpose in the past and her ability to influence Thailand's fate. Complicating matters, the mirror begins to deteriorate. Maneejan faces an impossible choice: abandon her modern life—her family and friends—to stay with the man she loves in a turbulent historical period, or return to her own time and lose him forever.
