In and Out of the Kitchen is a British comedy series following Damien Trench, a neurotic cookery writer living in Queen's Park with his partner Anthony. As Damien works on his latest book—a diary blending his life with culinary observations—chaos unfolds both at home and in the kitchen. The show tracks a few days at a time in Damien's world, where he's joined by his long-suffering partner, perpetually present builders Mr Mullaney and Steven, and his formidable agent Iain. Damien craves a peaceful existence centered on good food and perfection, but his life rarely cooperates. While his recipes execute flawlessly, everything else spirals into mishap.
