Best Friends Whenever is a Disney Channel series that follows Shelby and Cyd, two best friends who accidentally gain the ability to time travel after their friend Barry's scientific experiment misfires. With the power to leap backward and forward through time—sometimes against their will—the pair must navigate the unpredictable consequences of their newfound ability. They face a central dilemma: should they fix past mistakes or peek at future possibilities? Meanwhile, Barry and his assistant Naldo race to unlock time travel for themselves. As Shelby and Cyd juggle high school drama, their chaotic friendship, and Shelby's mischievous twin brothers Bret and Chet, they discover that tampering with time is far more complicated than it seems. The series blends comedy with adventure as the girls learn that some moments are better left untouched.
