Still the King(2016)

Still the King is a comedy series following Vernon Brownmule, a washed-up country musician and failed one-hit wonder who reinvented himself as an Elvis impersonator. After a drunken crash into a church sign lands him in legal trouble, Vernon is sentenced to serve as handyman at the small country church as part of his parole. He seizes the opportunity to pose as the congregation's new minister, a deception that spirals when he reconnects with a former lover and discovers he has a 15-year-old daughter he never knew existed. Caught between his criminal past and unexpected family obligations, Vernon must navigate small-town life, genuine redemption, and the chaos of fatherhood while maintaining his elaborate charade.
